Watt Dawg’s employees and data processors respect the confidentiality of any personally identifiable information held by Watt Dawg. While Watt Dawg takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information both online and offline, as no data can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we cannot give an absolute assurance that the information you provide to us will be secure at all times. Watt Dawg will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information. COLLECTION OF USER INFORMATION

Watt Dawg collects, retains, and uses personally identifiable information about Users (who must be eighteen years of age or older) when we reasonably believe that it will help us in the conduct of our business or our provision of products, services, and other opportunities to you. Watt Dawg utilizes User information to protect and administer records, accounts, and funds; to comply with certain laws and regulations; to help us design and improve our products and services; and to understand your needs so we can provide you with quality products and services. OTHER COLLECTED USER INFORMATION AND COOKIES

Watt Dawg also automatically collects information about your computer hardware and software including your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. The Watt Dawg site utilizes “cookies” to personalize your online experience. Cookies monitor which areas of the Watt Dawg web site are highly visited and which are not, allowing Watt Dawg to give the User a better web site by letting Watt Dawg track what is useful to Users and what is not. Based on this information, Watt Dawg can improve the site, provide Users with tailored information, and save User’s preferences. Cookies do not give us access to any personally identifiable information about Users. Watt Dawg does not provide cookie information to any third party other than companies helping us to improve our web site. WATT DAWG INFORMATION-SHARING PRACTICES WITH OUTSIDE PARTIES

Watt Dawg may disclose collected personally identifiable information to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law. Watt Dawg may disclose personally identifiable information about Users to help complete a transaction initiated by the User, to implement Watt Dawg’s terms of service, and/or pursuant to a User request or authorization. Watt Dawg may also disclose collected personally identifiable information to companies that perform services or functions on our behalf — such as bill and account processing, marketing services, and consulting services — and/or to other companies with which we have joint marketing agreements which allow us to bring information to Users about products and services that are different from those provided by Watt Dawg. PURCHASE INFORMATION

Watt Dawg collects credit card payment information and/or electronic funds transfer information from Users in order to set up automatic billing Watt Dawg services. In the case of a credit card, Watt Dawg collects the name on the card, the type of card, the expiration date and the billing address for the credit card. In the case of electronic funds transfer, Watt Dawg collects the account number, the ABA routing number (number for the financial institution), type of account, and the name on the account.

ELECTRICITY SERVICE PROVIDERS/THIRD PARTY VENDORS

The purpose of the Watt Dawg Services is to connect Users with services and products provided by unaffiliated Electricity Service Providers who are third party vendors. Watt Dawg collects information from the User that facilitates the User making a smart and informed choice in purchasing products or services from an unaffiliated Electricity Service Provider; however, the User will be entering into a contract with an unaffiliated Electricity Service Provider. In order for the User to enter in to such a contract, Watt Dawg will share the User’s personal information and purchase information directly with the unaffiliated Electricity Service Provider. The User is under no obligation to contract with the unaffiliated Electricity Service Provider suggested by Watt Dawg. Watt Dawg makes no representations and/or warranties with regard to the security of the User’s personal information and/or purchaser information as maintained by the unaffiliated Electricity Service Provider.
